uncaught exception (org.hibernate.exception.DataException: could not insert [org.datacite.mds.domain.Media]; nested exception is javax.persistence.PersistenceException: org.hibernate.exception.DataException: could not insert: [org.datacite.mds.domain.Media])

At least the response message should be more clear (similar to metadata size)
