DOD: FAIR Island Dashboard - Release 4

To complete this DOD the lead developer that coded the feature needs to review and validate every item in the "Development checklist" has been completed and its working correctly. Note: automated test are not enough to tell a feature is working correctly. After the "Development checklist" is completed the designer must review and validated every item in "Product Engineering Checklist".

Development Checklist

• [x] Passed through peer review see Pull Request Guidelines
• [x] Unit, integration, and system tests that all pass on the CI.
• [x] Regressions and bugs are covered (where relevant) with tests that reduce the risk of the issue happening again.
• [x] Reviewed by relevant reviewers and all comments are addressed.
• [x] Confirmed to be working in the stage environment with no new Sentry errors.
• [x] Write an ADR (when relevant).
• [x] Confirmed that user stories are met:

@jrhoads @bklaing2 I'm going to close this without any support documentation updates for now. At some point, we may expand https://support.datacite.org/docs/works-in-datacite-commons to cover "special cases" like DMPs and Projects, but I don't think it needs documentation for the Sankey chart by itself.
