The stuff about signed JAR files in our current docs (Chapter 5.1 line 115) is no longer valid.

We have a word document in datacleaner-commercial-installer/docs/Installation - Signing JAR files for DC monitor.docx which should be converted into docbook instead.

Also mentioned in #1 but superceeded by this issue.
