Country boundary is from World Bank. State and District boundaries are from Datameet.

There was an upstream fix in https://github.com/datameet/maps/commit/2c0c306a0c786a83876065a62b7b82646d8a639d

@thejeshgn ... will that help make the state and district uniform?

Problems:

  1. Country boundary is missing Arunachal Pradesh

  2. The disputed regions around Jammu and Kashmir deviate across all the three geojsons
