adding notebook for email domain work #479

A new notebook looking at the distribution of emails for each email domain.

The statistics of these distributions provide information as to whether the domain is for a company, an generic email host, a personal email domain, etc.

One check has failed in the tests/unit/test_listserv.py . As this will be fixed with the PR I have in the queue, I would suggest merging this one into main.
