Add nationalities + 3GPP countries to categories csv #492

@nllz will add nationalities and categories/sectors based on the main actors in the 3GPP that @Christovis will provide.

All domain names in the 3GPP mailing lists I currently have are stored in 3GPP_domains_complete.csv and 3GPP_domains_refined.csv.

Please note that the last column in the CSV files is called 'nr_of_localparts'. Localpart here mean the part infront of the @ symbol in an Email address (which in other places is also called prefix).

We have added the information in here. It will be updated soon again and we are working on a method to automatise what has been done by hand so far.
