DwC JQuery Client - Fields View #50

This will be a new plugin/view. The purpose of this plugin is to list all available fields in the Darwin Core Database. Initial plugin will be built in table/grid format, showing the field name and several regular attribute values.

Clicking on a row will, by default, pull up the FieldView plugin, displaying more detailed information about the field.

This has been implemented for several weeks. Sorry for the delay. All further bugs or new features should be logged as additional tickets.
