Sortable columns in Fields view #52

Enable of the field view table by clicking on the column. Default view should be unsorted (as it comes from the server). Clicking on column title toggles ascending / descending sorting.

This would be a bit of work to implement. I'm moving this to the "Continuing Development" milestone.
