LA labels on the map with https://github.com/datadesk/web-map-maker/commit/b4e38b806d07b8d6d8346692859aa23e8537a411

But they overlap other labels nearby la-mapmaker-06-15-2017-27-39-55

Related to https://github.com/tangrams/tangram/issues/365 Will need a refactor of tangram or combining all data onto same layer. Could fix with a "magic layers" tool to hover and add labels.
