Dotted/disputed borders #89

Lebanon should have a solid border. Depending on the zoom level of the map, the border changes from solid to dotted. This happens with other countries as well that should have solid lines.

Switch to a data source (maybe Natural Earth) that doesn't include disputed borders -or- make all disputed borders solid lines

hide settlements in Israel/West Bank (for now) since they come in as "regions" or state level
