When I try to create a SF case on this dataset (https://datadryad.org/stash/dataset/doi:10.5061/dryad.q2bvq83nh), it gives me an error message ("We're sorry, but something went wrong").
When I went to manually create a SF case, I realized that it wouldn't let me put the whole dataset title into the title field, so I'm thinking that may have caused the error. Is there a smaller character limit on SF fields than on the Dryad fields for title?
For reference, the title: "Quantifying the water contribution of subtropical mode water and related isopycnal/diapycnal water mixing in the western Pacific boundary current area using radiocesium: a significant nutrient contribution from subtropical Pacific gyre to the marginal region"
Bryan also got the same message when trying to create a SF ticket on this dataset.
Steps to reproduce:
Click the Create Salesforce case button from the above dataset's log
Expected behavior: A new SF case should open
Type/visibility: 10
Urgency: 5
Impact: 3
Ease of implementation: 8?
