Ensure tracking is working on blog #2826

@sarahklippincott has noticed the blog is not being tracked in either the new G4 analytics or Matomo. Check and update the blog to make sure it is using the correct IDs for both tracking services.

I've updated the ID for google analytics to the new G4 ID, and added a Matomo plugin and added our Matomo tracking to the wordpress site. This issue can be reopened or referred to if there are any problems with the blog tracking.
