Reinstate metadata for previously removed datasets #2965

Priority: Low Impact: Datasets will again be accessible via Dryad search allowing option to post a note re: reason for removal of data (re-identification concerns).

1) Possible to reinstate the metadata only for these Dryad datasets and keep the previously published data files hidden from the public: 10.5061/dryad.r4xgxd29s 10.5061/dryad.b8gtht78d

2) The same concerns exist for the 'database.xlsx' file that's included in this published dataset. The dataset is currently embargoed. Preference is that the data is never publicly available. The embargo will, eventually, be lifted. Is there another option? 10.5061/dryad.bnzs7h45v

All data files should be removed/hidden from public view because the data included in the files isn't de-identified. The final status should allow the option to edit the submission to include a note for readers attempting to access the data files as well as link to any corrections posted by the journal via the Related Works section.

At least for 10.5061/dryad.b8gtht78d, the metadata is not in Dryad, but we can recover it from DataCite: https://doi.datacite.org/dois/10.5061%2Fdryad.b8gtht78d

Note that this request interacts with our upcoming policy for tombstone pages, so we will not act on this ticket until the policy is ready.
