7 months ago I've looked at everywhere we link to the "interested" form and it all seems pretty obvious that's it's for institutions. I'm thinking of expanding the notice above the form as follows:

Clarify website language so individuals know they don’t need to become Dryad members -- too many individuals are filling out the "interested" form asking to be members.
