Edits will be made to existing dataset landing page
Create heading/banner at the top of the landing page to allow custom/free-text
Text for heading should be shaded or highlighted or red/orange in color to direct attention
Allow space below heading/banner for free text to explain the reason for the notice
Add a warning or pop-up window for users who select "Download data". Something like: "Caution: Data contains potential concerns. For more information, refer to the notice at the top of the page."
OR
Block data from being downloaded. Direct users to Dryad Helpdesk for access to files? Permanent embargo?
