Improve journal selection on roles page #3408

When setting a user's roles, it is difficult to locate the correct journal in the long dropdown control. It would probably be better to switch this to an autocomplete box.

I made this even better along with the new admin dashboard. (https://github.com/datadryad/dryad-app/pull/1703)
