Add sandbox admin permissions

Hello! Please give this user admin dashboard permissions in the Dryad sandbox.

Okay, 'Sarah Lippincott Test' is now a superuser, and I've also given this user tenant admin permissions

@sarahklippincott Are you signed in with the sandbox ORCID ID you gave me? It looks like you have a couple of different sandbox ORCID IDs

@sarahklippincott Turns out this was because of a font library upgrade—the icon for the link for editing the role wasn't loading! It's fixed now. Roles can also be edited by going directly to the user profile page by clicking the Name link
