Automated check for double-spaces (after periods), spacing between paragraphs.

Add in fields:

• README
• Title
• Research facility
• Abstract
• Methods

Does this mean to just check for these things? Or should they be corrected?

Also, in the README, extra spaces could be some purposeful for when opening the file as plain text
