Check outbound communications to PALA #3679

"I’ve just discovered that the above data record is linked to one of our submissions but I don’t seem to have received a notification from you. I think this may be the second time that a recent submission has been made without the usual email arriving. It’s not a problem but is it possible to check if the notification went out (and perhaps got lost in transit!)? I have received other notifications recently so it’s possibly a single (or double?) blip but I thought I’d better check."

I don't see an internal record of an email being sent for this dataset. We will need to review to ensure all emails leave a record.
