[ ] Translate notes from October SATF meeting into a draft Zenodo recommendation document
[ ] Discuss with SATF the need for Dryad to support licenses other than CC0
[ ] Investigate whether Software Heritage is a better fit for preserving software we would otherwise receive
[ ] Determine the additional burden on Dryad staff that would be caused by accepting software, supplemental, etc.
[ ] Finalize recommendation for future of Zenodo
