Add EZID credentials to bash_profile #85

They’re in the settings.xml, but not in the environment variables.

Looks good, but we will probably be switching from EZID to DataCite within the next month. Can we change the name of these variables?

I mean, I guess we could change them now, but those are the names used by the other script...seems like we should just leave things alone until we need to change all of the scripts at once.

After looking through the other scripts, I see that I was wrong in that assumption...I can change the names. Actually, I see that several of the dryad-utils scripts could probably stand to be updated to use these env variables as defaults. I'll make a PR for that soon.
