"chuv Lausanne Switzerland" renvoie "Hôpital Orthopédique de la Suisse Romande" alors qu'il devrait renvoyer (aussi) "University Hospital of Lausanne" la stratégie acronym + city + country devrait pourtant fonctionner je suppose que c'est le post-filtering qui supprime le bon résultat
