[UX] Add a confirmation modal when reseting the catalog (+ redirection) #53

Description Currently if you hit reset, everything is resetted. But we want to avoid clicking by mistake.

Acceptance Tests

Log in as a user
Go to import page /x-import-catalog
See the modal
If you click yes, the catalog is reset and you are redirected to the catalog page `/x-catalog-supply
If you click no, you are back to the import page
