Today if I try to import data from Panier Local with my personal account, the spinner is loading indefinitely.
This is because my account is not authorized to import Panier Local's data. When attempting this import, I should have a clean error message saying "Vous n'avez pas les autorisations suffisantes pour réaliser cette action".
