use english ? :) #1

That's a wip, the only thing not yet in english is the owl file, we need to finish the property table and insert it and then insert the two language fr and en in protégé and the owl file, so that will come in a few days / weeks, it's in the pipeline ;-)

@djodjoni we just published a new version of the ontology, normally the files are supposed to be bilingual French/English mostly. If we have forgotten to translate some stuff please let us know ;-) Happy to discuss again about the how DFC is moving forward if you want. I'm closing this issue for now then but feel free to open new ones when needed.
