Address is missing State #103

Many federated countries like Australia or the USA have a state name or abbreviation in the address. This seems to be missing.

I'm also wondering if the DFC considered re-using existing data formats like https://schema.org/PostalAddress.

@Alcoz is adding the region property (aligned with schema.org) to address for the next release.

region has been add in the ontology on v1.11.0 on the Address
