Fix concerns to reference Offer, not DefinedProduct #143

OrderLine property concerns has amended to point to Offer, instead of DefinedProduct. concernedBy has been amended but not concerns.

@ajluker @dupreesi Just confirming - it's Offer, not SuppliedProduct to link to frkm OrderLine (as per the connector)

The.PR related to thid will align the ontology with the connector. I'll amend the swagger spec when I get chance.
