Missing association between OrderLine and Offer to know the product price #49

We propose to add a relation between an OrderLine and an Offer instead of the existing relation between the OrderLine and the DefinedProduct. This way we can know the product price.

Also it would be useful to be able to set a specific price to the OrderLine, a price different from the Offer's one.
