Scrolling is broken on catalog view

Description

When scrolling the catalog page, at some point a table loader is displayed, but runs in an infinite loop. Either there are no more product to show, in which case the loader should not be displayed, either there are and we should display them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to http://proto.datafoodconsortium.org/#/x-catalog-supply
2. Scroll the list
3. See an infinite loader
