Missing product type "purslane" #12

I can't find the "purslane" product type in the current release ("pourpier" in french).

Is that Summer Purslane or Winter Purslane/Claytonia?

There are numerous other salad leaves (that would perhaps more commonly form part of a mix) that we don't have (e.g. Mibuna, Mizuna, Frills, Pak Choi, Agretti/Salsola, Salad Burnett, Sorrel, Plantain etc...).

Are we wanting the Salad category to be exhaustive or could we use the generic category (Salad)for other leaves?
