Decide whether trade of commodities is relevant to project #12

Found a very interesting API from the UN accessible here https://comtrade.un.org/ which details trade flows between countries by commodities with daily update.

I think it could prove useful to track food or energy flows abnormalities behind famines.

Trade types described in the API are of two types : commodities and services. We cannot go to the food or energy details with this API (see https://comtrade.un.org/Data/ for examples of the API's parameters).

This seems excessively macro in regards to the idea of inbalance of specific goods like food.

However, trade inbalance is known to have an impact on inflation and prices of local and foreign goods, and is one of the "macroeconomic indicators" that I suggest in this issue : https://github.com/dataforgoodfr/batch8_actioncontrelafaim/issues/6.

I think we should consider all these indicators together, so let's continue the discussion on https://github.com/dataforgoodfr/batch8_actioncontrelafaim/issues/6 if this is ok for you ?
