Compiled query in a "selection" doesn't use isolated development overrides

Steps to reproduce:

• turn on isolated development mode
• highlight a select statement with a ref

Expected result:

• the expanded reference in the compiled selected portion of the query use the overrides set in the isolated development settings (e.g. with a _dev schema suffix)

Actual result:

• the expanded reference using the default set of configurations with no overrides (e.g. without a _dev schema suffix)
