Some skipped actions in run labelled as "unknown" and not shown in action list #302

Opening the dependency tree view of the actions shows a large number of actions labelled as "unknown" status: image

  1. I think they were actually skipped due to upstream failed actions, so not sure why they're labelled as unknown
  2. These actions aren't shown in the list view on the run logs page (e.g. project_users)
