RISK: Accidental Revert #319

Delete has a confirmation prompt, but revert also needs one.

When you right click a file in the left-hand panel, and revert, there is no confirmation prompt ... so, if you accidentally click on "revert" instead of rename, then you loose all the work you have been doing in the file... with no way to un-revert or recover the work you have done.

I lost quite a few hours of work, and it's difficult to track what changes I made ...
