Remove dead platforms #3

This removes a number of old / dead platforms. (Roughly one platform per commit.)

Good stuff. Could you make sure that the "full list of platforms that have ever been supported" in manual/build-notes/index.html is accurate though? You seem to have removed them from that list too!

I'll add that back as an extra commit in this pull request (rather than edit each of the current commits).

Done. Note that I did delete some .c files so these ancient platforms wouldn't build any longer, it isn't just an issue of a missing makefile.
