Suggestion: Set the default value for the `load_file_metadata_expire_hours` setting to 24 hours #15500

Summary

Currently, the default setting for load_file_metadata_expire_hours is 7*24 hours, which is excessive for metasrv when dealing with large COPY files. Since the old key is no longer in use, it is recommended to reduce the expiration time to 24 hours.
