When using alternative language such as Python or R, this useful library can't easily be used. Github action could be used to use the library to publish data in a branch or to data.gouv.fr

Ça serait bien de les publier sur data.gouv.fr effectivement. J'ai eu du mal à trouver ces données alors qu'elles m'ont été fort utile.
