1h or 6h (if a nontrivial pattern how umistneni is modeled occurs)

I cannot see any description here. What is the goal here? Also the span 1-6h suggests the ticket might need reformulation.

Umistneni used to work in OFN forms, now the questions about umistneni are spread differently (e.g. there is no entity umistneni anymore, the questions are attached to Turisticky cil directly etc.) Deciding whether ticket need 1h or 6h requires investigation on how umistneni is modeled (and possibly discussing with somebody how it should be in forms).

The only thing that i could do is to split task to investigation and realization (but feels little bit like overkill).
