Dark mode in Ontographer #234

We can consider also dark mode for our tools ...

I have a suggestion. Let's tackle this once that all the existing apps look consistent in the current mode.

With that said, depending on the technical design of the app dark mode may be reasonably easy to implement. For example in Mission Control you only need to do this: https://material-ui.com/customization/palette/#user-preference

With the following result:

I'm not sure it will be that easy for ontoGrapher or TermIt though.
