Fix SSP deploy fail due to timeouts on db-server #104

SSP deploy should be fixed:

I modified timeouts on proxy server (not included in this pull request)
I modified timeouts within al-nginx service (this pull request)

There still might be a case when SSP deploy fails in ETL linked pipes, which I will fix when it happens ... Currently, I tested the SSP deploy and it did not fail 14 times in a row.
