Fix url for local development #79

I assumed, the following holds for .env.*: .env.local -- targets to my local deployment (on my computer) .env.development -- targets to OHA servers (remote w.r.t. my computer) .env.production -- targets to OHA servers

If my assumptions hold, that it makes sense to fix get_env.sh script as done.

Doesn't really matter to me. I have set up "slovník.dev" domain in my hosts file so that it points to localhost. I needed to verify that the build process works with the domain encoded with puny code, that's why I did that.
