Organograms - IE compatibility #496

General need to check compatibility back to IE8.

I removed the original problem report, because the user has come back to say this was resolved by waiting longer!

It's reported that on IE11, the publication page doesn't display anything after the department selection box.

However the web logs suggest that this user might have got confused and been on this page still:

To check out anyway. It would be good to have compatibility back to IE8.

I've done some IE testing on IE8-11 now and raised a couple of separate issues:
