API/dumper for library #552

We need a way to get all the data out of Drupal. This could be a private API or an SQL command that returns it.

So we'd be after the metadata, including filepath. And if you can say where on the disk the files are stored, we can scoop them up straight from the disk.

The nodes access works so this is complete.
