Background

The docking calculation can fail for different reasons. The docking failure for a particular ligand should not affect other ligands.

Scope of work

Show docking results for all completed ligands, even if a particular ligand docking calculation fails.
For the failed runs, capture and provide the docking log to the user. Possible solution: create the additional column "Docking issues". This column should contain a docking log or link to this log for all ligands calculated with errors.
