#2837: Column Properties not maintained when Project is reopened #2837

Under certain circumstances (Datasync=true??) the column properties are not stored when reopening a Project dashboard. This causes sticky meta to not work. Dmytro suggested a temporary workaround and plans to fix it in the core. I'm opening this ticket to assist with tracking this issues progress.
