Develop custom file viewer for KML/KMZ files.

few tasks for finalization:

[ ] handle and process resizing event of the viewer window
[ ] test preview ability on different files (with different coordinates systems/different projections)
[ ] should we pull images and other non-mapping content from KMZ files and show it in some kind of preview on the map?
