Fetch call to database refactored
All posts rendered if search results in no matches
Banner with "no matches found" message appears over all posts for three seconds if no matches are found from a search
Search input gets cleared after user conducts a search that results in no matches
Dark mode/light mode
Added text to language file for no posts found banner message
