ignore snapshots with `*-new` postfix #31

these can sit around when there snapshots in question have changed. This can cause a lot of weirdness, because you'd get a gif of two version of some app.

however, actually ignoring these might add more complexity than it resolves, since there's no other way to know about this other than looking for this postfix.
