Release version 1 to make changes more predictable to users #112

@akariv Hi, it would be great if dataflows@1 is released so we can rely on SemVer going forward. datapackage-pipelines is in its version 2 so it makes sense for me to have dataflows in its stable version either.

We discussed it with @adyork from BCO-DMO because once they run into some unexpected breaking change.
