[NEW] Dashboards - Climate Change

As the User, I want to have a dashboard per subject/theme so I have more interactive views for a subject instead of plain text.

Create an experimental dashboard for climate change (can be in the awesome page).

Analysis

We want to present available climate data as a dashboard with images of graphs etc. The dashboard should be easy to understand for general public.

What we want to display:

• trends of CO2 PPM from 1958 to the latest available date (Mauna Loa series)
• growth rate of CO2 is increasing over time
• Global CO2 Emissions from Fossil Fuels (with note that ~99% of CO2 is from Fossil Fuels)
  • show Total and all available types of fossil fuels (solid, liquid, gas, cement, gas flaring)
• growth rate of CO2 emissions per capita
• CO2 Emissions by nation (TOTAL values):
  • show countries for the latest available year (2014) as a bar chart
  • CO2 Emissions by top 10 countries over time as a line chart
• CO2 Emissions by nation (per capita values):
  • show countries for the latest available year (2014) as a bar chart
  • CO2 Emissions by top 10 countries over time as a line chart
• Global Population growth line chart
• Population growth charts for top 10 countries by CO2 emission
• Global temparature chart (annual mean)
• Change in the mass balance of Glaciers
• Cumulative changes in sea level for the world’s oceans since 1880

FIXED - we created a dashboard for climate change with initial stylings that is not yet ready to go public. We will do design implementations in a separate issue.
